Stampers By The Dozen - Christmas Gift Packaging

Friday is here and it's time for another Stamper's By The Dozen Hop! This month I am very excited about the projects as we are creating Christmas packaging projects!  I can't wait to hop through everyone's blogs to see all the different ideas as I'm sure everyone will come up with great projects!

I can't wait to hop through everyone's blogs to see all the different ideas as I'm sure everyone will come up with great projects!  For my project this month, I decided to highlight a project from my upcoming vendor fairs I have coming in the next few weeks.

I love the way this chapstick slider box came out!  This little box is perfect for use as a stocking stuffer.  The box has a little holder that slides out of the bottom box and holds the chapstick!  I decorated this cutie with the Quilted Designer Series Paper stack and the Cookie Cutter punch and coordinating stamp set!  I hope to sell out at my three upcoming shows!

Now that we have reached the end of the hop, make sure to swing back around to Rachel Pine by clicking HERE or by clicking the button below!

Global Stamping Friends - Anything But Cards!

Happy Friday everyone! It's the first Friday of the month and time for our next Global Stampin' Friends Blog Hop!
This month's great theme is anything but cards!  As Stampin' Up lovers, a lot of us tend to get into a card making rut.  We love making cards to share with others to show them our love, celebrate accomplishments or birthdays, but sometimes its great to break the mold and try projects other than cards.

For this month's theme, I am showcasing two projects from a recent vendor show I did here in Tucson.  My first project, I stamped on a candle! Did you know you could do this?  It's a great way to use our stamps in a different and unique way.  Plus, since this a battery operated LED candle, I can use this all year round and not have to worry about my house potentially burning down from forgetting to blow it out!  I use the Painted Harvest stamp set which has quickly become one of my favorite sets from the Holiday catalog!

My second project is something that goes along with Fall each year - the Pumpkin Spice Latte craze!  Each year come September 1st people go crazy for PSL.  I found these Starbucks Via Instant packets at Target and knew I had to get them to coordinate with the Merry Cafe stamp set and Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper pack!  With the Via Instant packages, anyone can enjoy PSL's now especially since the menu at Starbucks has recently changed to their Holiday drinks!

ICS Blog Hop November 2017 - Colorful Seasons

It's the first Wednesday of the month (man time flies!) and its time for another edition of the Inspire, Create, and Share Blog Hop!  The weather is finally starting to cool off here in Tucson and for this month's theme we are sharing cards that are inspired by the changing of seasons...Fall!
I love fall.  I grew up living in the Midwest where the leaves would change colors, we would get to bundle up in sweaters, scarves, boots, flannel, and enjoy hot drinks with friends.  While Tucson doesn't really get "fall" since the desert is pretty brown already, but I still love the season.

For my project this month, I wanted to highlight the Colorful Seasons stamp set.  This set is perfect for year round use as there is a stamp for all four different seasons!  I chose to use the leaf stamp and use it out using the Seasonal Layers dies that coordinate with this stamp set.  The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack is perfect for this fall card as it definitely ties together with the Cable Knit Embossing Folder.

Doesn't that colored leaf look great?  I used the NEW Stampin' Blends alcohol ink markers in Pumpkin Pie to color and blend the lighter and darker shades together.  To tie everything all together, I used copper washi tape from the Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape pack!
