Happy Sunday Stampers! It was a chilly and rainy day today here in Tucson and the perfect day to create in the craft room. I am in love with Stampin' Up's new watercolor pencils and needed to create two birthday cards for some lovely ladies in my life. I love how vibrant the hues are with these pencils and that they are finally true to Stampin' Up colors, meaning they match our inks and papers and coordinate with all our products!
The pencils glide smoothly over all types of paper and are wonderful to use with Stampin' Up's blender pens or aqua painters. Depending on the intensity and saturation levels you are wanting to work, that will determine your use of a blender pen or aqua painter. For my projects today, I worked with aqua painters and watercolor paper.

Here is a great video created by Stampin' Up showing the watercolor pencils and showing them in action!
